Pick 3 in the 2020 AFL draft, Will Phillips wore North Melbourne's number 29 before losing the entire 2022 season to glandular fever; delisted after 50 games in 2025, he joined Collingwood's VFL program, still regarded as an AFL-calibre talent at 24.
