Tom Potter left school at fifteen and opened his first pizza shop in Albury in 1987, building Eagle Boys into Australia's largest pizza company. He runs Crusty Devil Bakehouse and Galactic Donuts in Queensland today, and was named AFR Young Business Person of the Year.
