Marlin's Dreaming carry Dunedin's Flying Nun lineage into angular, dream pop indie rock, praised by Complex, Clash, NME and Rolling Stone Australia across four albums including 2024's HIRL. The band returned to touring in January 2026, their first run since 2020.
