John Kirwan won the 1987 Rugby World Cup with the All Blacks, becoming one of the first elite sportsmen to speak publicly about depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts. Knighted in 2012, he founded Sir John Kirwan Foundation and Groov, and wrote All Blacks Don't Cry.
