Jerry Mai

Trained at Melbourne's Longrain, Seamstress and Gingerboy before two years in London under David Thompson at Nahm and at Zuma. Jerry Mai owns Pho Nom, Annam and Bia Hoi. She is also Executive Chef of Roll'd Australia and co-hosts 10 Minute Kitchen on Channel Ten.
