George Mirosevich trained at the two-Michelin-starred Ledbury in London. He worked through stints at Sydney's Sepia and Bistro Guillaume before opening The Signal Box in 2019 and co-founding Bare Chefs in 2022. He later broke out as a food personality on Binge's Billion Dollar Playground.
