Calming, controlled melodies carry poignant, universal stories of life and love in Austyn Jane's indie pop, drawing equally on Taylor Swift and Phoebe Bridgers. Her debut EP, it's a bit like that, isn't it?, remains a showcase for the Melbourne artist's intimate, vulnerable storytelling.
